Satan's "Nothing" Strategy, Tony Reinke

This article is a short excerpt from Tony Reinke's new book, 12 Ways Your Phone Is Changing You.  I've not read the book, but this little snippet is pretty compelling.  In essence he says that if we are not aware of any other warning signs from our phone usage, we should at least be worried if our consumption of news, entertainment, social media, etc. makes us slower to worship the living God.  Does our mobile entertainment consume time we would otherwise use on something useful?  Does it deaden our resolve to love others and to pursue God until we delight in him? 

Almost certainly it does.  And we'll be left with nothing to show for it (this is the Nothing from the title).  Earnest hearts take warning.
